How much does it cost to hire K2i Entertainments?
The price depends totally on your entertainment needs. Once you get in touch, a K2i representative will sit down with you and discuss your event in greater detail. No two functions are ever the same so after we get the info we need like date of event, time, location and other details we will submit a quote.
What events do K2i have experience with?
K2i Entertainments specializes in predominately Indian events which form around private functions, corporate events, stage shows and exhibitions. The types of events that we have full experience in are: birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and business events.
What is K2i's music style?
K2i Entertainments specialize in mainly Bhangra and Bollywood music since we are a South Asian entertainment company. We carry an impressive music catalogue spanning over two decades so are sure to have the music you require for your event. We also carry Hip Hop, Top 40, Disco and other genres in our music library as well to ensure that we can accommodate for non-Indian music as well.
What DJ entertainment packages do you have?
We like to keep away from the "DJ package" approach that some DJs offer. Since K2i Entertainments is made up of several divisions we are flexible with what each client requires. For example a client may require a complete package that includes audio, lighting and visuals or a client may simply wish for just an audio and lighting system.
Rather then offer several packages we first like to discuss your entertainment needs. From our initial meeting we can then recommend what would work for your event. Regardless of the event all our systems are industry standard including JBL, Crown, DBX, Martin and Pioneer.
Do you take requests from guests?
Yes within guidelines. Our goal as an entertainment provider is to quite simply "rock a crowd" with great music and entertainment. To do this successfully we assess each situation as it happens before making a decision. For example, a guest may request one song that means something to them but the remaining number of your guests has no interest in that particular song. If we think that the request will create more energy and add to the mix we will play it. If we feel that it will kill the mood and make people walk off the dance floor then we won't play it. During the pre party consultation we discuss music in detail with each and every client.
Can I have a CD demo of your music?
No. As DJs we use copyright material and would be in breach of worldwide copy right issues if we started to burn music onto blank CDs for prospective clients. As a solution what we offer is example playlists of the most popular music we play. We entertain crowds every month so know what songs are great and which ones are not worth mentioning.
